Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Everbrook Academy, an early learning center in Novi, MI. My name is Cynthia Roberts and I am the school principal. I have over 12 years of experience in early childhood education and have been a school leader for over six years. I am also a mother of two children who have benefited greatly from their early childhood experiences.

Our school offers an engaging, nurturing environment for every child during their most critical early years. We offer programs for Infants, Toddlers and Twos, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and School-Age students. We also broaden each child's learning through our Curiosity Cadets program that features four enrichment experiences throughout the year. Along with this, we offer several elective programs to introduce children to a variety of experiences beyond the regular curriculum.

At Everbrook, we strive to mold inquisitive young minds with hands-on STEAM learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math. In addition to basic school readiness, we also focus on helping children to be creative, to communicate, to collaborate with others, and to be critical thinkers. Our teaching staff are true early childhood professionals with degrees in education. We pride ourselves on being an extension to your family and plan a variety of opportunities for family involvement.

Cynthia Roberts, Principal

Education: Master's Degree in Early Child Education from Eastern Michigan University

Certifications: CPR and First Aid

My name is Cynthia and I am the principal here at Everbrook Academy Novi! I graduated from Michigan State University with my bachelor's degree in 2013 and earned my master's degree from Eastern in 2023. I have worked in the childcare industry for over 12 years and was a Pre-K teacher for 5 years! I have been a Director for multiple years and love being able to support my teachers in their classrooms to have the best outcomes for their children.

Molly Devendorf, Assistant Director

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Family Community Services, Master’s Degree in Education

Certifications: CPR and First Aid

I have been with Learning Care Group for ten years, teaching toddlers through school-aged children. I love experimenting with new ideas, exploring the way each child learns and develops, and am not afraid of getting a little messy! In my role as a School Education Manager, I take pride in supporting children in developing the academic and life skills to put their best foot forward when entering kindergarten.

Vanessa Kuljanski, Team Lead

Education: Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education

I graduated with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also became a Master Teacher through LCG in 2021. I have been working in childcare for 10 years now, and have loved every moment of it! I have worked in the toddler room for six years and it has been a joy to see all the children grow. I am originally from Canada and moved to Michigan with my husband in 2017. Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time with my family.
